Have had such a positive experience at this salon, both in Brisbane and in Sydney. Warm staff, great culture and supreme service. Will cuts and styles my hair and he is an artist! Have followed him to Sydney from his days in Brisbane. Love that I can settle in to be completely taken care of when I come in. Come out looking so fresh and feeling confident and also gives the best head massage. Would recommend him to anyone.

Instagram VS Reality Great marketing and Sydney most expensive coloring does not equate quality or skill. Aggressive service top to bottom, harsh bleach and painful brushing that ruins hair and scalp (had to buy medicine for scalp after the salon visit), $700 and 6 hours for patchy balayage with senior masters who will pass you to junior staff/students to practice.

This salon came highly recommended, but they've ruined my hair. Went in hoping for just a simple refresh of my existing balayage came out almost blonde all over. I can understand a miscommunication with colour but I've been left with really damaged hair as a result. To be fair to the salon they did invite me back for a correction but in doing so, appear to have messed up the gloss. After I washed it for the first time all of the previously blonde ends turned a peachy orange colour, where I assume the dark gloss put on the top of my hair has run into the ends. I look like I've had a peach dip dye. I politely reached out to the salon to ask for some further advice about what was put on my hair so I could get it fixed elsewhere and have been completely ignored. Would have expected better for $500.
